Research assistant to Professor Rohan Grey in his endeavors to create a first-of-its-kind treatise on Commercial and Business Law in Oregon for LexisNexis (anticipated release after 2025). Currently in it's preliminary stages my work focuses on general research for relevant statutes, authorities, cases, draft provisions, and assembly of source material for future writing.
