Supported Decision Making in Estate Planning

This project included an in-depth analysis of the current state of supported decision making in the context of estate planning. Dementia is likely only to rise in the United States and estate planning is sorely lacking in tools and resources for assisting those with diminished capacities in their estate planning endeavors. This paper takes from supported decision making models in other areas of law and explores it's implementation in will and trust making contexts.
